Changelog
Redesigned Device Logs screen for easier troubleshooting.
Clearer log view. Each entry now shows its severity (Critical / Info / Debug) with a colour marker, the area it came from, and when it happened. Repeated messages are grouped with a count and the time span they cover instead of filling the list.
Error Filtering. Filter the list by severity with one tap, and tap any entry to see its full details, including exact first and last occurrence times.
Safer clearing. Clear Logs now asks for confirmation before removing entries that haven't been uploaded yet.

Better device diagnostics. Devices now report their status and logs to the server more effectivel. Log storage on the device is also smarter: repeated messages are grouped instead of flooding the log, and storage use is capped.
Stability fixes. Fixed five crashes reported against 2.13.0:
- Fixed a crash on the check-in screen
- Fixed a crash when opening or closing the settings drawer
- Fixed a crash when tapping the "Up next" card in certain situations
- Fixed a crash that could occur on the calendar and error screens before the device had finished loading its settings.
- Fixed a crash when returning to the calendar screen

Changelog
Compatibility release for Google Play's autumn 2026 requirements.
Android 16 support. The app now targets Android 16, which Google Play requires for app updates from September 2026. Day-to-day behaviour is unchanged, and the oldest supported version remains Android 4.4, so existing tablets keep working.
Fixes.
- Fixed a crash on Android 5 tablets when opening the detailed error screen.
- Fixed inaccuracies in the usage analytics devices report: minutes saved by early meeting ends and missed check-ins are no longer overstated, and updates from several devices at once no longer overwrite each other.

Changelog
Fishbowl can now run as a locked-down kiosk. This release also makes displays more resilient to restarts and network drops.
Kiosk mode. A tablet can be locked to Fishbowl using Android's device owner mode. You enable or disable it per device from your Fishbowl account, and set up a factory-reset tablet by scanning a QR code. Kiosk mode can be switched off on the tablet itself even when it has no network connection.
Fishbowl as the home screen. With kiosk mode on, the tablet boots straight into Fishbowl and returns to it when someone presses Home. This can also be enabled on its own, without the full kiosk lock. Tablets on Android 7, 8 and 9 now land in Fishbowl right after QR setup, as newer versions already did.
More resilient displays.
- A Google Play Services update could restart kiosk tablets in a loop that left the screen dark. Fishbowl now detects this, shows a holding screen with the display kept on, and resumes by itself once the update settles.
- The error screen now recovers as soon as the network returns instead of waiting for the next retry.
- Fixed a freeze that could occur on the first start after installation.
Time server setting. The tablet's time server (NTP) can be set from your Fishbowl account. Useful when a network blocks the default time servers.

Changelog
Service accounts and safer credential handling. This release consolidates versions 2.11.0 through 2.11.4.
Service account sign-in. Rooms can now connect through app-level credentials instead of a signed-in user account: client credentials for Microsoft 365, a service account for Google Workspace, and a service account for Exchange (EWS). Useful when your organisation prefers not to keep a user account signed in on each tablet.
Encrypted credential push. Credentials are stored and pushed to tablets in encrypted form (RSA with AES-256). Each tablet decrypts them locally on its next sync.
Fewer configuration conflicts. While someone is changing a device's settings on the tablet itself, the device is locked for changes from the web side, so the two can no longer overwrite each other.
Booking fixes. Fixed a date picker bug around the turn of the year, and a meeting can no longer be given an end time before its start time.
Smaller improvements. Pull to refresh on the agenda, clearer empty and error states when selecting a room, a more informative link screen, and a faster configuration screen.
